Strategy

If you are following the level recommendations you are probably only gonna have Hero, Healbot and Elaiya for this fight, so I am gonna assume that party. To avoid dragging out the fight kill the Green Slime since it heals. After that I recommend taking out the Blue Slimes they have much lower health than Godfrey and it's a quick way to remove additional melee damage, which is the biggest source of damage here given Godfrey's ability to lower your defense. Since you have Healbot for healing and if you've gotten encourage for Hero you should have a good amount of healing here, but if you find it difficult to keep up with the damage use Elaiya's Stealth to avoid having the damage spread out too much, otherwise if you can keep up save Elaiya's Momentum for her Barrage. Healbot should be on healing duty, but if you feel he has the ressources available you can attack with him too. Hero can be used as another source of damage but don't forget to use him to buff, and possible off-healing, as needed.

If you are gonna get Doll or Meline, I recommend Doll. Having her tank and absorb the damage will give you alot more breathing room.
