Southport University is a district within West Southport.
Items of note here are a diggable spot for loot in the flower field, The Magical Creatures Pen, University Student Store and main object of interest is the main university building where you get harem? girl Ino by going into the building with Felix in your party, which starts the quest Scholastic Excellence.
This location also contains the professor Antimbits that gives you the quests for Hall Monitor From Hell (quest start found in Southport adventure guild) which gets you the harem girl Yeon as a reward and Golem To Be Awesome (letter found outside Northmarket Manor).
In the university student store you can buy:

On the left is Southport University Clockwork Enthusiast Club, Important in the quest A New Girl Just Like A Clockwork, which unlocks the Harem girl Pandora and has a item on the table next to the president. On the right is Women's Dorm with the probably unbeatable guardian.
If you enter the Women's Dorm there is the already mentioned Guardian[3].
On the top left is Centre for Exploratory Magic and Planeshifting(As of v.0.40.5 is closed of for now). On top right is sausage seller, that sells Tasty Sausage for 60 Sil[1]. Bottom right is the Theoretical Magic Building where books for the hall monitor quest can be found, and in the back right area is mystic man closing of an area(As of writer's knowledge please correct).
On the left is the Astromancy tower where a student for the hall monitor quest can be found and on the top you find the students for the Sacrifices For Algernon. Besides that a book for the Scholastic Excellence quest can be found. On the right is the Magical Creatures Pen, where you can find books for the schooltastic quest, student for hall monitor quest and a student that buys slime items from you.
Magical Academy of Southport(Primary Lecture Hall/Main Building) where triggers for Hall Monitor From Hell and Schooltastic Excellence can be found. Further more Plaque's for the school founders can be found for the Schooltastic Excellence quest and several student for the Hall Monitor quest can be found. In the first hall when entering the left most visible door is the men bathroom, where a dark seed can be found. If you go to the left in the main hall and enter the right most visible door the professors office can be found.
